Common questions
- How much does it cost to rent an LED screen for a rodeo?
- It depends on the screen size, how many performances, and how far we're traveling. Most events land in a range we can give you on the first call — tell us the venue and the weekend and you'll get a real number, with travel already in it.
- How far will you travel?
- Nationwide. We're based in McAlester, Oklahoma, and we've worked events in 24 states. Travel is priced into the quote, so you'll see the number up front — no surprise line items after the fact.
- What size is the video screen?
- Our standard mobile LED video wall is 10' x 20'. Whether it hangs from your rafters or runs off a lift depends on the building, and we'll work that out with you before you sign anything.
- How much space do you need?
- It depends on the screen size and whether we're hanging from the rafters or running off a lift. Tell us your venue and we'll work it out with you.
- Do you do events other than rodeo?
- Yes. Rodeos and bull ridings are most of what we do, but we also cover county fairs, festivals, concerts, livestock and equestrian shows, motorsports and corporate events. If people need to see something from the back row, we can put it up there.
- Do you provide instant replay?
- Yes, on every show. The buzzer sounds and the replay is on the screen seconds later — for the judges, and for the crowd.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Sooner is better, especially for summer weekends. If your date is inside 30 days, call instead of filling out the form.
- Can you stream to The Cowboy Channel?
- Yes. Let us know during booking so we can plan the feed and the crew for it.
