Rodeo and bull riding video production
Most venues don't have a video department. For that weekend, we are yours — cameras, switcher, replay, sponsor playback and the people who know how to run all three. 125+ performances in the last two years, across 24 states.
The crew and the cameras
Our production system takes up to three camera inputs. Two camera operators is standard and covers most rodeos; three is the maximum the system runs.
We can bring the operators, you can provide them, or we can split it — we bring one and you fill the other positions. If your people are running cameras, they need to be on site 30 minutes before each performance so we can train them on our equipment. Someone who turns up later may not get put on a camera, and that's not a rule we enjoy having, it's just what the timing allows.
Sponsor playback
Your sponsors bought screen time, and they should get it whether or not the show runs long. We build the playlist and run it to a schedule, so the spots land between sections rather than being dropped when you're behind.
Streaming and broadcast feeds
We can put out a broadcast-ready feed for your own channels, or deliver it straight to The Cowboy Channel. Tell us during booking so we can plan the feed and the crew around it — it isn't something to spring on us at load-in.
Streaming needs a dedicated hard-line internet connection at the venue. Arena wifi will not carry it, and we'd rather say so now than on show day. We'll help with the platform's paperwork, though approval is theirs to give, not ours.
Your footage afterwards
We record during the event. If you want copies, ask on arrival and bring storage to put it on — we'll get it to you. Storage is finite, so footage may be cleared after the event unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Your contract, invoices and file uploads all live in your client portal, so everything from the booking to the footage is in one place.

- How many cameras do you run?

- Yes. Let us know during booking so we can plan the feed and the crew for it. You'll need a dedicated hard-line internet connection at the venue — arena wifi won't carry a broadcast feed.
- Do we get the footage from our event?
- Ask on arrival and bring suitable storage, and we'll copy it to you. Because storage is limited, footage may be deleted after the event unless we've arranged otherwise in writing.
