Mobile LED screen rental
A 10' x 20' mobile LED video wall, delivered to your arena and run by the people who brought it. Call it a video board, a big screen or a jumbotron — it's the thing that lets the back row see what the front row sees.
What you get
The screen is a 10' x 20' high-brightness LED wall. It still reads in afternoon sun, and after dark it lights the whole grandstand. It comes with everything that makes it work — the rigging, the cabling, the processing, and a crew who has put it up 125+ times.
You don't rent a screen from us and then go looking for someone to run it. The rental is the screen, the crew, and the show on it.
Two ways it goes up
Which one suits you comes down to your building, and we work it out with you before you sign anything.
- Hung from your rafters, if the venue has rated overhead rigging points. You'll still need a lift that reaches them so we can install the beam clamps.
- Ground-supported on a telehandler — a 6,000 or 7,000 lb machine, which you provide, on site from the day before through the day after.
- Chain motors, if you're hanging it. We can supply two one-ton motors, or you can use your own as long as they're rated for at least a ton.
What we need from your venue
Not much, and we'd rather tell you now than on load-in day. Power at the screen position, a clear path to get the truck in, and somewhere to work that isn't in the way of your stock.
If you're not sure whether your building can take it, tell us the venue when you ask for a quote. We've been in enough arenas across 24 states to have an opinion.
We travel to you
We're based in McAlester, Oklahoma and haul the screen anywhere in the country. Travel is priced into your quote up front — you see the number before you commit, not as a line item afterwards.

- What size is the LED screen?
- Our mobile LED video wall is 10' x 20'. Whether it hangs from your rafters or sits on a telehandler depends on your building, and we'll work that out with you before you sign anything.
- Can the screen be used outdoors and in daylight?
- Yes. It's a high-brightness LED wall, so it still reads under afternoon sun — which is when most outdoor rodeo performances actually run.
- Do I need a lift or a telehandler?
- If we're ground-supporting the screen, yes — a 6,000 or 7,000 lb telehandler that you provide, on site from the day before through the day after. If we're hanging from your rafters you'll still need a lift that reaches the rigging points so we can install beam clamps.
- Do you set it up, or do we?
- We do. We travel in, rig it, run it, and pack it out. Your people never touch a truss.
